An analysis of the relationship between transformational leadership and work alienation has been examined in the present paper. The data in our sample included 255 people of personnel and directors of An Insurance Company in Tehran. In order to collect the research data and to evaluate the work alienation and transformational leadership, the questionnaires have been verified. The validity and invariance of used instruments have been analyzed and confirmed. For data analysis, a structural equation model was used. According to the findings, transformational leadership reduces work alienation.
