This paper tries to examine the relationship among organizational learning, continuous improvement and inter-organizational trust and their effect on organizational performance of insurance agencies. This research is an applied research, based on its purpose and a descriptive-survey research, based on its data collection and analysis. Data for this study were collected using questionnaires including 7 times Likert scale that was distributed among 388 people chosen at random from experts and managers of insurance agencies. The collected data were analyzed, using correlation and regression methods and SPSS software. The findings revealed that there is a positive relationship among organizational learning, inter-organizational trust, continuous improvement and organizational performance.
